I get excited every time I see a new post by Emanuel Garcia. This one, like every other, doesn’t disappoint. Thank you for your eloquent and thoughtful ramblings- they bring sanity to my world. Much gratitude from a fellow American living in New Zealand xx

Aw, shucks, you're making me blush! Thank you :)

Yes and somehow he always manages to hit the nail on the head, so to say, as to what is going on in our heads (minus the nail aspect of course) with the relevance each time.

Facebook has merely confirmed what we already knew, 99% of people in the west are narcissistic navel gazers.

Dear Doc, you've now become a celebrity of sorts in the freedom community 😊. How are you going with this?

As an introvert myself, it's a very different experience to step out in the public domain with heart & a righteous purpose.

From all the comments on your posts, you've attracted an excellent crew of readers.

Looking forward to your next inspired pieces ❤️

You are too kind -- no, I'm not a celebrity at all, but I'm happy if my words reach people like you, thank you very much.

Combining AI with Photoshop will make public records completely unreliable because they'll be changeable subject to the whims programmed into the AI with no recourse unless one has a separate, unconnected, and secure copy of every record.

I'm sure requisite technology will be available to the Elite to circumvent same, should it be necessary.

The elites are completely ignorant about the technology that will be used to destroy the security of every digital device they own. Hackers can break security faster than it can be secured.

Dr Manny beautiful reflections as ever thank you. Happily increasingly many are using technology rather than vice versa - especially youngsters. Here's the Facebook page for my partner (2010-15) Liane Ashberry https://www.facebook.com/liane.ashberry who killed herself in April 2015.

Liane used Facebook to promote her fundraising for children's cancer research and much else. She was the opposite of a narcissist, and such extreme sensitivity and absence of ego was part of her undoing. "We only borrow angels," is one way I try to explain the blurry differences between life and death.

Liane understood much of this, as a singer-songwriter and child of nature and cosmos. She still teaches me every day about many things: countless aspects of suicide, death, love and fearlessness; gratitude and abundance; the genocides of big pharma (Liane was being 'medicated for grief' with Sertraline and sleeping tablets, against her highly tuned intuition); and she teaches me how the wisest women are generally stronger than the wisest men. Women are, after all, hard-wired, the ones who risk their lives to conceive and give birth. She had soul in spades; more than enough for a lifetime of song and dance, and she still dances in the wind and the oceans, and everywhere, because we are dust and stars, frequencies and vibrations: pure energy. The bigger story is at RudeAngel.co.uk.

And at risk of far too much of my own ego, Liane gave me the courage to write and record this song 'Being Held' in 2023 - https://alanchapman.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/BeingHeld2oct2022.mp3

Love, gratitude, Alan

Oh my, how beautiful and deeply moving. You are right to remind us all that tools may be used for wonderful purposes too. I'm so sorry to hear this about Liane, this pure wonderful soul. Giving up ego ... yes indeed. Thank you so very very much.

And what a great song!!! With, among other things, some really fabulous guitar work.

Thank you Alan - words can't express - your very moving message, and song!

So true Dr, and so nice you did not sell your soul for the illusions erected by the Venetian black nobilities, their banker whores, and useful idiots. They know through the centuries the recipes - bread and circus, to the light of incinerated Christians or other such, with the tantalising porcine like barbecue odors as dripping tallow hits and spits on glowing coals. Follywood will no doubt push the debauchery and wokeness even further, give me a good book and a wee drappie and to hell with all their circus.

What did Andy Warhol say? "In the future everyone will be famous for fifteen minutes." That's where we are. Perhaps we needed to get to this point in order to learn that it is better to reverse that and just live our private lives.

Very well said, thank you.

I was born a private person. Maybe I am just an introvert or maybe my parents minding my business too assiduously made me averse to being known publicly. I was shy from the start.

Let's just say that the current climate scares the hell out of me. I am on face book where I interact with other people in the music field without contributing anything about my personal life. We even have people one gone, beloved colleagues, whose birthdays come up every year as if they were still here. Creepy as hell because no mention is made of the fact that why no longer accrue birthdays.

But the thought of documents or even the idea of microchipping us as though we were livestock is enough to make me want to tear my hair out. Along with that goes what is it = (15 minute ?) cities.

Any piece of advice we can get on how to resist the many people in government who are secretly signed on to this, thinking they themselves will not fall prey to this murderous agenda, is manna. Whatever we get we must pass it on.

My own experience with having absolutely no idea as to how to general populace thinks and behaves.....when MacDonalds wanted to enter the NZ fast food market back in the early seventies with very little financial investment required my husband said that we should buy one...pretty much all of the areas were up for grabs, including Queens St, the busiest street in NZ -how times have changed ! - which he considered optimum. My horrified response was "No way ! New Zealanders would never buy into that fast food rubbish !" (he listened to me unfortunately ). Hmmm....

Dear Dr. Garcia:

As I was reading this my first thought was "this is a psychiatrist writing this"... My second thought was "I wish I had Lucy Pevensie's magic wardrobe so I could escape into Narnia..." My final thought was "I wish I had a bomb I could leave in the wardrobe to blow it to kindling and I couldn't get back again..."🤔

Cheers!

Doc ... you give us great 'philosophy' ... you always do ... and, for the most part ... I usually agree with you

I am probably just as 'negative' as you about many aspects of social media ... I remember following a film critic on Twitter ... but I was horrified at what the World had become, when he tweeted photos of his cafe lunch ... and cinema tickets ... as he arrived at a cinema to review a movie ...

However ... Youtube/Twitter/Facebook ... although I rarely use them these days ... have given the World a lot ... and the 'free speech' places like Bitchute and Rumble even more ... and there are some negative aspects to all of them ... but, as a 'free speech' absolutist' (term stolen from Elon Musk) there are no negatives that outweigh 'free speech' ...

What does concern me though ... is that on NZ's 6pm news tonight ... we were told that Ukraine ... under the leadership of Zelenski ... had invaded the Kursk region of Russia ... and I wondered how many Kiwis would realize that Zelenski is an evil 'puppet Lieutenant' of Antony Blinken ... and that it is effectively, America invading Russia ... (America keeps telling us they are trying to 'deescalate 'Israel/Gaza' etc ... but actually don't do much except back Israel ... and, now, they are deliberately escalating another 'WWIII' front)

Now I'm not actually sure how many Substack accounts I subscribe to ... but I get a lot of emails ... and I couldn't find one Substacker talking about this ... I also couldn't find any videos on Bitchute or Rumble's leaderboard talking about this ... yet, here we are ... America effectively, invading Russia ... ...

Somehow ... it feels like a very 'distracted' World ... with not enough time on it's hands to prioritize ... it's priorities ...

I don't want to 'escape to a better World' ... I'm hoping we can save our future on this one ... and make it a better place ... rather than one where people are being destroyed while being distracted ... with 'bread and circuses' distractions ...

I know you like to concentrate on 'lighter' ... perhaps 'philosophical' posts ... but, as I feel the World has actually turned 'very dark' in the last four years or so ... I also would appreciate your thoughts, on what I see ... as the 'darker reality' ... engulfing us ...

There are now two 'WWIII' fronts ... and a lot of 'rhetoric' rearing it's head lately ... about China ... I think we are getting very close to 'Thunderbirds are Go!' ...

I don't think the World is being 'strongly human' at the moment ... I really hope that 'strong human' mentality ... rears it's head very soon ... and we collectively take back ... the 'good side' of our planet ... by defeating the 'dark side' of it ... and I don't think we have very long to do it ...

regards

pb

Incidentally, I submitted my essay on the anatomy and psychology of power to Brownstone and it was rejected by Jeff Tucker because he thought it was 'too dark'! No kidding.

Yes ... I used to get stuff from Brownstone ... but their site was always flagged 'unsafe' ... always a sign they're 'on the right track' ... so I'm surprised they wouldn't publish your stuff ...

I guess they definitely wouldn't like my stuff ...

Thank you ... I've written a great deal about the darker world -- check out my essay on the anatomy and psychology of power, for example. I follow what's happening in Ukraine very closely. To put it succinctly, I think it's the globalist deep state against the freedom fighters, the globalist warmongering bums against us. I believe that politically virtually everything hinges on America.

Excellent and wise, Dr. Garcia. I DID "get out of" Facebook (I think) after about five days. It took an uninterrupted 30-45 minutes in online Hell to do it, but I think I succeeded. And in no way remember how I did it.

Dear Doc, just for the record, your discernment and eloquent conversations have helped me keep my head above water during the last few years. Conversations that matter. Dealing with (and not drowning in) families in mental/relational health crisis in a poor region where 'mental health' response has been hijacked, corrupted and constrained. So thanks - and I appreciate the creative musical posts by your supporters!

That is really so very lovely to hear, thank you. Yes, I know about mental health services -- everywhere in this country ... I could say a great deal but I'll save that for another time, perhaps. Meanwhile I really appreciate your generous words.

I like Facebook a lot and go there daily, despite all its flaws, it has helped me reconnect with people from decades ago who matter to me, all around the globe, as well as neighbours and family and random strangers, and I see it (despite all its bad aspects) as a force for good.

Expand full comment

Indeed, and like anything else, it can be used 'both ways' -- a hammer can help build a house, or smash somebody's head. We've got to use whatever good we can.

I've lived in NZ for 18 months back in the 1970's, and also visited in 2010, and 2019 for road trips - I have several very close contacts there still. Its a small country, much like Scotland, and one of the games we both play at parties is to find connections: my guess is that you and I both have at least one friend in common. Globally, that is much more difficult, but if we were 'friends' on Facebook, then I would be surprised if one of my Kiwi ex-girlfriends wasn't married to your cousins electrician, or whatever. I can see this might bring grief, but it also might be joyous: who knows? All I do know is that - used wisely and well - finding connections can be a happy and creative thing to do. Obviously I am not a stalker, so the downside might be that some creepy person is stalking me - or you!

However, I have always lived a free and open life, have few skeletons, and generally embrace the idea that - as Rabbie Burns famously said : "Suspicion is a heavy armour and with its weight it impedes more than it protects. "

I'm also glad that 50 years on, so far no Kiwi 'love-children' have turned up at my door - in those days sex was always consensual, rather casual, rather frequent, and mostly unprotected, 'Nuff said' LOL

I couldn't agree more. I marvel that anyone would want to be famous or powerful. How awful to be recognized on the street. Or to be, ugh, a prime minister or president. What a dismal existence.

I had a friend once, we'd call each other every so often, Christmas cards (back when we sent those), but one Christmas, about 20 yrs ago, he sent one of those Christmas cards with the generic typed page of What We Have Been Doing that is sent to everyone. Yuck. If you can't write one or two personal lines to me, then don't bother. And that was it.

My mind is my camera, my memory the film. It's well stocked from one damn fine life.

Well, at least until 2020.

Nose dive into anger, sorrow, disbelief, and rabbit holes.

No going back even though I do wish it. The way we were.
