Absolutely, a great point E.G. I think we should all be writing the same letter to Winston Peters. No point having an inquiry if the Medical Council is still persecuting medical staff unfairly and remains an entity above law of the land.

To continue practicing as a doctor here in New Zealand is VERY challenging. At the outset the MCNZ chose a few outspoken people to send a message to anyone who dared challenge the 'narrative': they suspended their licences. Point taken. The rest became mum very quickly, with some notable but few exceptions.
Oh, I get it.. with my worthless degree in music performance on oboe and my dead-end job as a security guard that I got with my discharge card from the Canadian military; turned out to be far more valuable a document to me than the degree ever was... when you're what? Say about 45-50 years old, 10-15 years under your belt having spent 12 years after high school getting all that accreditation, you've got a mortgage and couple of kids and you're putting money aside for their college and for your retirement? ... or how about that bit part Robin Williams did; playing a former psychiatrist accused of sexual interference and now working in a grocery store as a stock clerk?

Four of the members of the Medical Council are (supposedly) elected by medical practitioners on the Medical Register. Elections are held every three years, the most recent closing on 22 March 2024.
Supposedly the four highest polling candidates are appointed to the Council. Four appoinments were made, but the actual results of the election have not been made public, indeed, requests for them, even under the Official Information Act, have been refused.
Notably, the two candidates whose "statements to voters" indicated disquiet with the conduct of the Council over the past three years are not among those claimed to be the "four highest polling", while that group included both a member of the previous council and a public health physician, both of whom can be assumed to be fully on board with what has been happening.

Exactly right. Winthrop Hospital in Mineola NY completed a non randomised clinical trial back in May with 20 symtomatic patients. Treated them with multiple sessions of Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. 18 left hospital alive and 2 were placed on mechanical ventilators who did die but it had nothing to do with the HBO2 treatments.
We have plane fusilages in the Arizona desert that could be repurposed and transported as multiplace HBO2 chambers (Unlike single chambers these hold gurneys and seated patients. With new tech completed already those patients can be masked and isolated with personal virus scrubbers. Between sessions UV-C can flood the chamber to kill viruses.) and attached to hospitals.
China was building new ones and commissioning them in 15 days.
So, HBO2 has had a 90% success, Intubated MVO2 about 35% and ECMO2 less than 10%. And, the FDA gave Emergency use authorization to the latter but not to HBO2?.
There are over 1400 clinical chambers in the USA and that does not include non-clinical.
How many people with Covid-19 positive tests have actually been checked inmediately for blood oxygen deficiencies? Bet the CDC and FDA and the Public Health Officers nationally do not have data.
Public Health Schools knew and planned a strategy for a pandemic flu that only called for oxygenating symptomatic folks with intubated mechanical ventilators. That was in 2007. Seems they missed a lot of common sense.

The MCNZ is controlled by WHO and I believe the lady Chair of the MCNZ sits in a high position on the WHO.
I have recently moved my doctor to the NZD HHC as I can no longer trust my own doctor or the practice now.
Maybe it would be worth others considering the NZ Doctors Holistic Health Collective.

You see, the NZMC reserves the right to oversee anyone THEY decide is practicing medicine, regardless whether they are registered with them or not .... It's a Mafia system.
I can understand your positionand the difficulties but skinning cats is possible with some media channels including youtube. I think many tech savvy people under 50 will be concerned about what has happened with mandating and adverse events, but I don't think they are aware of the options. If we can reach them we can mobilise them. Whatever we shall prevail
Nice letter. What would it take to set up a parallel system for qualified doctors to operate without the Medical Council intervening? Perhaps a little competition may improve their methods. What basis do they have to continue as a monopoly over what Doctors can or cannot work?
We have discussed this and I think this is the only way forward IF we can get out from under the self-appointed regulatory agencies who decide for themselves if you are 'practicing medicine' or not ..... We need some political support.

maybe we'll get lucky, maybe a deluge of letters will actually have an effect .... there has been some progress in the UK in this regard!
