I have an OIA for the same request that states 6706 total exemptions. Signed by the same woman in Sept 22. This deserves some investigation!

These are medical exemptions, I've seen that I think .... not SSD exemptions. There is confusion because ostensibly SSD exemptions required medical exemptions ... but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Do not forget that MPs were also given exemptions on the same basis of ‘significant disruption to services’ !
There is, sadly, a relatively simistic answer as to who & why these 11,000.. The truth is that your corrupt Gov knew that the health system couldn't handle the many not taking the jab. So, they dreamt up a clandestine plan to subvert this occurring. Gov has & always be corrupt. If nothing else, the past 4 years has educated many people as to this fact alone. Sad, but true.
Ironically the unclotshotted were forbidden entry to public buildings, during the height of the mandates, except, it would now seem, if they worked there.
Wonder what the fear driven patients would have thought had they known, given the paranoia against *unvaxed* at the time.
