I learned recently that over eleven thousand people received Significant Service Disruption Exemptions from the Jab Mandate imposed upon healthcare workers from November 2021 through September 2022.
Interesting to find that exemptions were possible for Education staff under section 12a. I was a school bus driver employed by my local rural school. I decided not to be jabbed. Subsequent attempts at sane discussions were always met with glazed looks and a fervour to change the subject. I foresaw the brainwashing bullshit that was about to be unleashed on our tamariki, and when the mandate happened I resigned. I now have another job involving young people, and though the financial impact of the mandate has been mitigated, my enduring loss is the shattered relationship I had with the 50 kids on my bus, and the loss of trust that pervades every interaction I have with government employees - including my former friends on school staff. You are a strong person with integrity and courage. People often think bus drivers just drive the bus but that is not so. My son has an amazing bus driver that knows every child really well and puts his whole self into those children's well being and honestly cares. I value that bus driver greatly. Everyday I trust him to get my child 30 km to school and 30 km home again and every day I thank him as Charlie gets on and off the bus because I know he cares. A wonderful man and hugely appreciated. You sound like a similar man. Please know mothers notice these things. With love.
It is criminal, not being jabbed themselves but telling their patients to take the jab. Not being a whistle-blower and let their colleagues speak out and losing their licenses, what kind of colleagues are they? And as a patient you constantly ask yourself seeing a doctor are you bloody one of those creeps.
I have become quite unwell through this as I am unjabbed but have made a determination not to see any of the doctors I have recourse to. I do not trust them in the slightest and never experienced anything but gasloghting and obfuscation.

As health practitioners are legally and ethically obligated to obtain voluntary informed consent before every COVID-19 vaccination, why should anyone have to obtain a COVID-19 exemption to not have a COVID-19 vaccination?
Who are the individual medical practitioners behind this Department of Health COVID-19 Vaccine exemptions information, which completely flouts the legal and ethical obligation for voluntary informed consent?
The Australian Immunisation Handbook states:
"Valid consent is the voluntary agreement by an individual to a proposed procedure, which is given after sufficient, appropriate and reliable information about the procedure, including the potential risks and benefits, has been conveyed to that individual."
As stated by the Australian Law Reform Commission, under common law:
"As part of their duty of care, health professionals must obtain 'informed consent' by providing such information as is necessary for the patient to give consent to treatment, including information on all material risks of the proposed treatment..."
The Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare Fact Sheet for Clinicians on Informed consent in health care acknowledges key principles for informed consent, including:
"...adults have the right to determine what will be done to their bodies and what healthcare treatments they will undergo."
and
"For there to be valid informed consent, the person consenting must... Have enough information about their condition, treatment options, the benefits and risks relevant to them, and alternative options for them to make an informed decision to consent. This includes the opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns."
Again quoting the Australian Law Reform Commission: "At common law, all competent adults can consent to and refuse medical treatment. If consent is not established, there may be legal consequences for health professionals".
Mark Butler, why should anyone have to obtain an exemption to not have a vaccination, given that they are supposed to be voluntarily giving their informed consent to this medical intervention, which may also include their choice to not have the intervention.

This is an absolute disaster area...the area of 'voluntary informed consent / valid consent' for vaccination...
It seems to me no-one is giving authentic voluntary informed consent for vaccination, any vaccination, because no-one is ever properly informed, and many people are coerced, and even mandated into this medical intervention.
The situation is extremely serious in Australia, considering for example the coercing/mandating of people to submit to Covid-19 vaccination to maintain their livelihoods and participate in civil society during the height of the Covid madness.

Why these health workers?
Liz says that it depended on what political party they were affiliated with. That would explain why so few actual applications but that these applications covered whole groups. They were groups of party members.
Then why not also cohorts from other professions.
Lots of conjecture possible, like maybe it's healthcare workers who were necessary for the injections rollout. The presumed gag orders as part of the exemptions kept a compliant force of injectors, and the selection of loyal political party members kept it a closed club.

As a mother of a child who was exposed to high levels of super phosphate and the associated chemicals and who was diagnosed with Autism weeks prior to receiving cominarty without any adverse reaction information being communicated nor in writing as per the disabilities code for administration of experimental medicaments. I applied for exemptions both prior to the first administration and second administrations of comirnaty which his father took him for whilst we were in family court proceedings which I expressed my guardianship non-consent in writing to, on both occasions that I did not, and would not, grant guardianship consent until this information was known first on the premise that without knowing the baseline of health, when child was presenting with a plethora of health issues involving a list of over 30 presentations including cardiac, respiratory and neurological issues and there were no interactive studies for those exposed to agri-chemicals in a country whose GDP is based on them. I watched my then 12 year old son bleed 1/2c of nose bleeds, have dizzy spells, chest pains, have difficulty breathing etc. in the 48hrs after receiving the second "dose". The primary concern is that in a WHO study all kiwi children tested exceeded the recommended weekly intake of cadmium, that's children who didn't spend their formative years of development as a downwind neighbour of a fertiliser depot, so it was highly likely that our son would be exposed to a higher degree of cadmium, arsenic, lead, mercury and acidity than most. His blood samples showed cadmium in his blood. My concern, expressed in writing to all responsible from father, GP to Chris Hipkins in not providing an exemption from the vx was that there was a high likelihood in systems exposed to the vx with pre-exisiting carcinogens, that should the vx degrade the mitochondrial membrane the carcinogens have unimpeded access to the chromosomes. The forecast risk of harm being an increased chromosomal exposure to carcinogenic matter and thus accelerated development of cancer/s. There are several plants and over 400 fertiliser depots in NZ and most of these are surrounded by residential and vulnerable peoples. There are no words to describe how I feel finding out that some professionals were receiving exemptions yet one was not granted to us. None the less, thank you for presenting the information.

I can see the tax payer being hit some more paying for all the various compensations, should the court cases succeed. On top of the unpayable debt caused by the plandemic.

The governmental workers will have liability insurance aspects to their contracts so they cannot be sued. Pfizer got themselves a no blame contract.

Why these health workers?
Liz says that it depended on what political party they were affiliated with. That would explain why so few actual applications but that these applications covered whole groups. They were groups of party members.
Then why not also cohorts from other professions.
Lots of conjecture possible, like maybe it's healthcare workers who were necessary for the injections rollout. The presumed gag orders as part of the exemptions kept a compliant force of injectors, and the selection of loyal political party members kept it a closed club.

As a mother of a child who was exposed to high levels of super phosphate and the associated chemicals and who was diagnosed with Autism weeks prior to receiving cominarty without any adverse reaction information being communicated nor in writing as per the disabilities code for administration of experimental medicaments. I applied for exemptions both prior to the first administration and second administrations of comirnaty which his father took him for whilst we were in family court proceedings which I expressed my guardianship non-consent in writing to, on both occasions that I did not, and would not, grant guardianship consent until this information was known first on the premise that without knowing the baseline of health, when child was presenting with a plethora of health issues involving a list of over 30 presentations including cardiac, respiratory and neurological issues and there were no interactive studies for those exposed to agri-chemicals in a country whose GDP is based on them. I watched my then 12 year old son bleed 1/2c of nose bleeds, have dizzy spells, chest pains, have difficulty breathing etc. in the 48hrs after receiving the second "dose". The primary concern is that in a WHO study all kiwi children tested exceeded the recommended weekly intake of cadmium, that's children who didn't spend their formative years of development as a downwind neighbour of a fertiliser depot, so it was highly likely that our son would be exposed to a higher degree of cadmium, arsenic, lead, mercury and acidity than most. His blood samples showed cadmium in his blood. My concern, expressed in writing to all responsible from father, GP to Chris Hipkins in not providing an exemption from the vx was that there was a high likelihood in systems exposed to the vx with pre-exisiting carcinogens, that should the vx degrade the mitochondrial membrane the carcinogens have unimpeded access to the chromosomes. The forecast risk of harm being an increased chromosomal exposure to carcinogenic matter and thus accelerated development of cancer/s. There are several plants and over 400 fertiliser depots in NZ and most of these are surrounded by residential and vulnerable peoples. There are no words to describe how I feel finding out that some professionals were receiving exemptions yet one was not granted to us. None the less, thank you for presenting the information.

In the end they didn't go this route for coercive vaccination, much of the mandates were implemented via the states and employers, led by Paul Kelly and the AHPPC's initial mandates, as you've read in my email to Paul Kelly.
In 2013-2015 the Murdoch media lobbied for coercive vaccination for children, i.e. incentivised with financial benefits - it was the No Jab, No Play campaign, which became the No Jab, No Pay law in 2016. Scott Morrison was involved in this - he was Social Services Minister in 2015 and raised the No Jab, No Pay bill. As you know, subsequently, the No Jab concept came into its own in Covid times - No Jab, No Job...to...No Jab, No Life...
