Yeah for Sue.

My blood pressure is hovering around 170/110, head ache and back ache I assume are my kidneys as they are already damaged. My pills ran out 3 weeks ago and the only Doc I now trust (who didn't try to poison me) just retired. I'm nearly 65 maybe that's enough anyway, the world looks bleak, the Lord of the Flies has command, and the decay and squirming maggots in the Beehive, Medical Council, Medsafe, WHO, UN, WEF, etc., have riddled the core.

Gog and his hoards will fail in the end, I take comfort in that, in the meantime I will not comply. Bless all those integrity keepers who stood by their vows. Yeah!

I agree with anakyriou, they want Boomers dead, I need to rally and resist, even if it means more pharmaceuticals to treat the side effects of existing ones. Eventually though they will have me cornered, noncompliance will be met with zero healthcare.

I don't know the full story regarding my past Dr, but I suspect the boosters pushed them off the edge, especially when a vibrant lively nurse in her 50s at the practice suffered a massive cardiac event and expired.

I live in Christchurch and would welcome any recommendation, Thank you.

Maybe the Medical Industrial Complex are having second thoughts. For the last 75 years, the effort was to keep the boomers alive beyond expectations. Now, it’s trying to undo all that heroic effort. Why couldn’t they simply just leave us alone.

Keyjammm, you sound worried and stressed. I am sorry. I agree with you that the powers who run things are rotten to the core. Still, trust that there are avenues open to you for getting good medical help; there are doctors and people who care and will care about you. New Zealand Doc commented that he can recommend a good doctor. Get that information and follow through; NZ Doc is trustworthy. Get back on your blood pressure meds, lower your salt intake and have a simple blood test that will show your GFR rate for kidney function and your potassium and phosphorus levels among other things. Follow a renal diet: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/recipes/kidney-renal-diet-recipes/rcs-20522796

Get ready to fight back by following a basic treatment because otherwise you are inadvertently letting the other side win and I know it's something you do not wish for. Don't get discouraged, instead, fight back and the first thing you must do is fight back to fix that pesky blood pressure issue! I wish you good luck and good health.

Thank you for the encouragement, yes we must prevail. Too many grey days, maybe global warming will give us a hot summer and lots of sunshine for a change.

If I may make a suggestion. I turn 77 this month and am vax and nose Schwab free and in pretty good health except for a little arthritis in my right thumb. I went with my wife to her doctor’s appointment and sat in with it. As a matter of course he took her blood pressure and then offered to take mine. We were both 170 over 100. He wrote out a prescription for her and offered to do the same for me, but I told him that I would deal with it with my diet. He got aggravated and said I could have a stroke any day with this pressure, which is true. But I stuck to my guns, so to speak.

I promptly went on this modified paleo diet which may be found on Amazon Kindle at:

https://www.amazon.com/Primal-Fat-Burner-Super-Power-High-Fat-ebook/dp/B017RNBSK8/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=nora+gedgaudas&qid=1691432451&sr=8-1

In short, after 4 months my blood pressure was down to 115-125 over 70, I lost 30 lb and my pants waist went from 40 to 36. I only use virgin organic coconut oil for frying which is almost 100% saturated. (I avoid both cis and trans - that's a chemist joke). It is better than real olive oil, most of which is adulterated anyway with seed oils, and one would need a gas chromatograph to detect it. One’s worst enemy is linoleic fatty acid which is the major acid in seed oils. She wants you to cut way down on all carbos as well. No more than 30 grams a day which includes beer :-( The idea is that mitochondria burn saturated fats much more efficiently than poly unsaturated and the latter along with carbos leads to all sorts of insulin problems, which starts with insulin resistance, leads to type 2 diabetes, goes to kidney damage, then dialysis, and then the coffin, all the while keeping the MD's and Big Pharma

in new Mercedes..

Never underestimate the body’s ability to heal if given half a chance. Since the diet involves a lot of meat and organ meat, living in NZ should be ideal as there are so many sheep (including even non-human). Make a deal directly with an independent sheep rancher who only has pastured raised sheep and only used drugs with them in extreme and urgent cases. Buy a large freezer and an instant pot, and you are all set.

I'm vax-free, but. took two nasal s(ch)wabs to clear myself for entry to a couple of gigs. Now wishing I didn't do those.

Detox from the swabs if you feel you have been injured. Same protocol as the shot detox.

How’s your diet? Fasting? Mostly raw? Read the medical literature…you CAN heal yourself with right diet, fasting and exercise.

G'day NZD, I had a squiz @ the "judgement"( a bit like the curates 🥚) & imo it also looked like it was written by the work experience kid. I agree that you sometimes have got to take the small wins but those joker's should have had their collective noggins around this BEFORE any attempts of a public humiliation of a colleague unless they were told to do something about it, maybe. Hence my comment about part good, part bad, they couldn't find her guilty but put the squeeze on her as an attempt to keep her in line, moving forward. I think they had no choice but to dismiss so as to avoid an appeal. If they found her guilty under those t's & c's they'd have to investigate themselves.

All warfare is based on deception. Therefore, when capable, feign incapacity; when active, inactivity. When near, make it appear that you are far away; when far away, that you are to lure him; feign disorder and strike him. When he concentrates, prepare against him; where he is strong, avoid him. Anger his general and confuse him. Pretend inferiority and encourage his arrogance.

Just another perspective.

This comes as quite the surprise to me because I thought the game was rigged too. I mean, I know it was and has been.

So why?

I guess not every judge is going to be in on it.

But for a case like that... You would think the judge who is in on it would be the judge working on the day.

Very interesting.

Very confusing though.

Part of the judgement made by her pious, "learned" colleagues. "We nevertheless make plain that the membership of an honourable profession such as the Law brings with it an obligation to be careful and measured in their language – to adopt the medical truism to – “first do no harm”. Is there such a thing as verbal vomit, if so look out if you ever go near those flakes, unbelievable? 🤮

I agree with you ... their admission is hard to stomach, but the decision nevertheless came down in favour of free speech. We'll take what we can get right now. The docs who were 'measured' in their position that patients needed informed consent may get some lift from this one ... The system ... Sigh. Thanks for commenting.

That's amazing..V happy for Sue and NZ. I know when there is a win amongst so much injustice and tyranny, there are often suspicions...what does this mean? We did not expect this? etc etc. Coming from a place where Totalitarianism has ruled for over 40 years and of course beyond (The Shah had his own tight hold over the people), every win was always met with suspicion...what are motives for this? Is this a win which will give us the illusion of justice so we put our guard down and then bam comes other blows? Rather than saying this is the case here, I wanted to say that when public trust is destroyed, it is very difficult to restore, and people will theorise with suspicion any wins (hence the arguments for controlled opposition etc etc). There is no trust... Basic Faith (Bion) is missing, so whilst we can celebrate, it is hard to pull our guards down. It is possible that in no way they could find her guilty without stepping over their own laws. That is why I think well prepared legal arguments are still the best strategy forwards. They will set precedents by unlawful decisions which will destroy their own structures from the inside, so there is no choice but to save their own professions. Do they not know that by acting unlawfully in negative decisions that have been made so far against the people/drs etc ,they are committing law suicide? Do they not know that as they came for the drs, they will come for them...do they not know that lawyers and judges will be replaced by AI one day if the current state of affairs continue. I think anyone with half a brain knows that you should not destroy your own profession even for a bag of gold! It is also possible that elements in the law council is starting to wake up...maybe..just maybe all conjecture! Nevertheless hurray for Sue...hope she can rest and relax and enjoy the victory!!

You write that suppressing dissent is something far more contagious than covid. How true, how true!!! By suppressing the voices of those who dissented, including yourself, NZ lost some of its best and brightest, the people who were dedicated to their work and made a difference. But by acting against all those dissenting, they also gave you ammunition to fight in defence of freedom and medical ethics.

I have come to admire Sue Grey! She is a confident and fearless advocate whose right to free expression has now been affirmed: "We do not consider, when balanced against the right to free speech, that the remaining charge could be made out to the standard of unsatisfactory conduct ..." This has set a precedent, the first I hope of many, that political dissent and individual speech will not be infringed upon: “It is Ms Grey’s case that all of these statements were made in her capacity as a politician, or as an individual citizen, and none of them formed part of her role as a lawyer."

I hope that Dr Peter Canaday is likewise exonerated. Dissenters are treated with arrogance and are immediately labelled conspiracy theorists, as was Dr Canaday because he disagreed with government sanctioned medical information. Such information, deriving from a single source and prohibiting debate, cannot by its nature approach the truth.

Jacinda Ardern with her ‘single source of truth’ is soon moving to Harvard, USA, to teach how to build leadership skills. That's one of the ways indoctrination to silence dissent is spread. But at least she'll be out of NZ, thus giving cause for the country's atmosphere to improve. She'll be teaching at Harvard's Kennedy School of Public Policy and Government, and for me, that's a bitter pill, that the doors of a school named after JFK will be opened to her. But perhaps ... perhaps she'll slip on some of that ice which covers the streets of Boston in winter, slip, fall, and break all her front teeth.

You are right to celebrate. There have been one or two other victories. Clearest in memory are Sue's first case against the government which she won, which forced a cynical retrospective law change. The other of course the case against the police and defence force mandates.

Expand full comment

unfortunately the 'victories' against the police and defence forces were hollow -- nobody was offered their job back as far as I know, they were toothless victories. This triumph is a triumph against the cartel's water carriers, namely, the official professional institutions that exist to regulate practitioners and protect the public, presumably. Maybe now others will be emboldened to be human again.

A TEN there, Sue Greys win, and then their law change fully exposed the duplicity and the shady behaviour of ALL the NZ Government. It was an opportunity for The Opposition to DO THEIR JOB and they FAILED.
