Yeah for Sue.

My blood pressure is hovering around 170/110, head ache and back ache I assume are my kidneys as they are already damaged. My pills ran out 3 weeks ago and the only Doc I now trust (who didn't try to poison me) just retired. I'm nearly 65 maybe that's enough anyway, the world looks bleak, the Lord of the Flies has command, and the decay and squirming maggots in the Beehive, Medical Council, Medsafe, WHO, UN, WEF, etc., have riddled the core.

Gog and his hoards will fail in the end, I take comfort in that, in the meantime I will not comply. Bless all those integrity keepers who stood by their vows. Yeah!

G'day NZD, I had a squiz @ the "judgement"( a bit like the curates 🥚) & imo it also looked like it was written by the work experience kid. I agree that you sometimes have got to take the small wins but those joker's should have had their collective noggins around this BEFORE any attempts of a public humiliation of a colleague unless they were told to do something about it, maybe. Hence my comment about part good, part bad, they couldn't find her guilty but put the squeeze on her as an attempt to keep her in line, moving forward. I think they had no choice but to dismiss so as to avoid an appeal. If they found her guilty under those t's & c's they'd have to investigate themselves.

All warfare is based on deception. Therefore, when capable, feign incapacity; when active, inactivity. When near, make it appear that you are far away; when far away, that you are to lure him; feign disorder and strike him. When he concentrates, prepare against him; where he is strong, avoid him. Anger his general and confuse him. Pretend inferiority and encourage his arrogance.

Just another perspective.

This comes as quite the surprise to me because I thought the game was rigged too. I mean, I know it was and has been.

So why?

I guess not every judge is going to be in on it.

But for a case like that... You would think the judge who is in on it would be the judge working on the day.

Very interesting.

Very confusing though.

Part of the judgement made by her pious, "learned" colleagues. "We nevertheless make plain that the membership of an honourable profession such as the Law brings with it an obligation to be careful and measured in their language – to adopt the medical truism to – “first do no harm”. Is there such a thing as verbal vomit, if so look out if you ever go near those flakes, unbelievable? 🤮

That's amazing..V happy for Sue and NZ. I know when there is a win amongst so much injustice and tyranny, there are often suspicions...what does this mean? We did not expect this? etc etc. Coming from a place where Totalitarianism has ruled for over 40 years and of course beyond (The Shah had his own tight hold over the people), every win was always met with suspicion...what are motives for this? Is this a win which will give us the illusion of justice so we put our guard down and then bam comes other blows? Rather than saying this is the case here, I wanted to say that when public trust is destroyed, it is very difficult to restore, and people will theorise with suspicion any wins (hence the arguments for controlled opposition etc etc). There is no trust... Basic Faith (Bion) is missing, so whilst we can celebrate, it is hard to pull our guards down. It is possible that in no way they could find her guilty without stepping over their own laws. That is why I think well prepared legal arguments are still the best strategy forwards. They will set precedents by unlawful decisions which will destroy their own structures from the inside, so there is no choice but to save their own professions. Do they not know that by acting unlawfully in negative decisions that have been made so far against the people/drs etc ,they are committing law suicide? Do they not know that as they came for the drs, they will come for them...do they not know that lawyers and judges will be replaced by AI one day if the current state of affairs continue. I think anyone with half a brain knows that you should not destroy your own profession even for a bag of gold! It is also possible that elements in the law council is starting to wake up...maybe..just maybe all conjecture! Nevertheless hurray for Sue...hope she can rest and relax and enjoy the victory!!

You write that suppressing dissent is something far more contagious than covid. How true, how true!!! By suppressing the voices of those who dissented, including yourself, NZ lost some of its best and brightest, the people who were dedicated to their work and made a difference. But by acting against all those dissenting, they also gave you ammunition to fight in defence of freedom and medical ethics.

I have come to admire Sue Grey! She is a confident and fearless advocate whose right to free expression has now been affirmed: "We do not consider, when balanced against the right to free speech, that the remaining charge could be made out to the standard of unsatisfactory conduct ..." This has set a precedent, the first I hope of many, that political dissent and individual speech will not be infringed upon: “It is Ms Grey’s case that all of these statements were made in her capacity as a politician, or as an individual citizen, and none of them formed part of her role as a lawyer."

I hope that Dr Peter Canaday is likewise exonerated. Dissenters are treated with arrogance and are immediately labelled conspiracy theorists, as was Dr Canaday because he disagreed with government sanctioned medical information. Such information, deriving from a single source and prohibiting debate, cannot by its nature approach the truth.

Jacinda Ardern with her ‘single source of truth’ is soon moving to Harvard, USA, to teach how to build leadership skills. That's one of the ways indoctrination to silence dissent is spread. But at least she'll be out of NZ, thus giving cause for the country's atmosphere to improve. She'll be teaching at Harvard's Kennedy School of Public Policy and Government, and for me, that's a bitter pill, that the doors of a school named after JFK will be opened to her. But perhaps ... perhaps she'll slip on some of that ice which covers the streets of Boston in winter, slip, fall, and break all her front teeth.

You are right to celebrate. There have been one or two other victories. Clearest in memory are Sue's first case against the government which she won, which forced a cynical retrospective law change. The other of course the case against the police and defence force mandates.

So Donald Trump was right after all. I don't suppose there's an apology forthcoming, just like there's not one for us who stood against the jabs and the mandates. Thank you Sue, my vote is for Freedoms NZ because of (mainly) you.
