Please join me for a fascinating conversation with a remarkable healer and a courageous thinker.
From Dr. Goodwin:
Grew up in Louisiana and Arkansas.
Osteopathic Med School: College of Health Sciences Oklahoma State University
Internal Medicine Residency: University of Tennessee
Hematology/Oncology Fellowship: University of Alabama at Birmingham, assistant professor
USA board certifications in Internal Medicine, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Palliative Care and Lifestyle Medicine.
Private practice in Alabama 1997-2009.
Completed online law degree 2008-2011.
I Moved to New Zealand 2009 and worked at Waikato Hospital for 3 years to get NZ Vocational Registration. From 2013-2020, I started and directed a number of private Integrative Oncology practices in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty Area.
In 2020, I withdrew my registration from the NZ Medical council, having lost all confidence they had any legitimate role in "protecting the public" or "promoting good medicine". This decision was based upon thoroughly corrupted proceedings which followed a sham review. In the absence of any harm to a patient, the MCNZ prescribed ritual humiliation and involuntary servitude for me, under the direction of the same lawyer who worked for the hospital which initiated the sham review.
Since that time, I have completed fellowships through the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and also the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, and I have become a NZ registered Natural Health Practitioner. I provide holistic oncology advice and help patients navigate their options from a holistic, nutritional, and integrative therapeutic model.
Leadership Roles in NZ:
Trustee Physicians and Scientists for Global Responsibility
Executive Board Natural health Practitioners New Zealand
Steering Committee NZDSOS
Former Deputy Chair Wakaminenga Health Council
