Dear Bobby,
Much as I appreciate your strategically organized campaign against Big Pharma, which must proceed by degrees and in such a way that territory gained will be held, and against a medical establishment epitomized by the Federation of State Medical Boards acting as Pharma’s henchman, the only things I wish to wear are clothes of my choosing.
